Risk Mangement:

Comtec's proactive approach to support includes on-site network checks, preventative maintenance, software upgrades etc. These activities enable us to highlight any possible weaknesses or failure points in advance and resolve problems before they impact your network users.

IT Helpdesk:

Comtec provides many of our clients with full helpdesk support which includes the dedicated support number. This removes the need for the client to have large and costly IT departments where regular training must take place and absences covered.

Helpdesk support is provided in a number of methods, full time, part time, in-house or on-site. Our ticketing system enables clients to report their network issues either by phone or emailing NOC@comtec.com generating an immediate automated response with a specified ticket number, enabling the client to log and monitor their support issue.
