Comtec Awarded Transport for London Crossrail Contract

Comtec has been contracted by Transport for London (TfL) as its IT relocations consultant for the Crossrail project.  Working with businesses and land-owners that have received compulsory purchase orders from TfL, Comtec is providing best practice consultancy and end-to-end project management for the seamless relocation of mission critical ICT equipment and data centres. 

Business continuity is essential to the process; to mitigate against downtime for organisations that are relocating, and minimise the cost to TfL which is funding each relocation project, including costs incurred from loss of business.

Crossrail is due for completion in 2018.

Comtec has been commissioned by Drivers Jonas, commercial property consultants, to project manage IT and data centre relocations for London 2012.  Awarded the contract following its success with the Crossrail project, Comtec will be relocating businesses that have received compulsory purchase orders.
